Africa Youths for Change and Productivity (AYCP) publishes the following privacy notice and terms of use for its website (hereafter "the website"), hosted at www.aycp.net.

Privacy notice

The website collects personal information only when a visitor submits the contact form: full name, email address, optional organization, enquiry type, subject, and message. That information is used solely to respond to the enquiry and is sent by email to AYCP's Secretariat. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

AYCP is a Kenyan Public Benefit Organization and processes personal information in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. For questions about how your information is handled, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information AYCP holds about you, contact info@aycp.net.

Cookie and analytics notice

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated submissions; Turnstile may set a technical cookie or use local storage for that purpose only, and this is managed by Cloudflare, not AYCP.

Terms of use

The website is provided for general information about AYCP's mission, programmes, impact, and resources. Content is reviewed for accuracy at the time of publication, but AYCP does not guarantee that every page is free of error or that it reflects the most current state of every programme at all times. Where a specific figure or claim requires verification, contact AYCP directly using the details on the Contact page.

Links to external websites, including ANCEM (ancem.org) and any linked resource documents, are provided for reference. AYCP is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites it does not control.

Photography and image editing

Photographs of AYCP's programmes and communities show real people and events, photographed with consent. Some photographs were captured on lower-resolution devices in the field; AYCP has applied AI-assisted editing to improve clarity in those cases. This editing affects sharpness only. It does not alter the people, places, or events shown.
