National reach
A county is included when AYCP programme records identify completed or ongoing delivery activity there during the stated period.
How impact is measured
Our measurement starts with the result an intervention is designed to pursue, then follows the records needed to test progress against it.
Each intervention identifies what will be counted, the period covered, and the evidence required.
Delivery teams maintain programme, location, and participation records during implementation.
Follow-up, participant feedback, and programme review provide evidence for changes that attendance records cannot establish.
Records are checked before publication and updated when stronger or corrected evidence becomes available.

Accountability
We distinguish participation and delivery outputs from longer-term outcomes. We state the source and reporting period, exclude proposed results from achieved figures, and correct public records when the underlying evidence changes.
